INITIAL CONSULTATION SESSION

A consultation session invites you to share your reasons for seeking therapy, and to collectively determine if we are a good match.  Prior to the initial session, we recommend a complimentary 15-minute phone/video consultation.

SESSIONS

Sessions with Lauren are 50 minutes in length and typically meet 1-2 times per week.  Individual sessions are $250 and couple sessions are $295.  I offer a limited number of sliding scale options, and this should be agreed upon with me prior to treatment.

Sessions with Edward are 50 minutes in length.  Individual sessions are $175 and couple sessions are $195.  He offers a limited number of sliding scale options, and this should be agreed upon prior to treatment.  

TELEHEALTH

We offer web and phone therapy.  While these are not perfect replacements for in-person sessions, these are great solutions for periods of long distance and/or life restrictions, while providing continuity of care.

INSURANCE

We do not accept private insurance, but are able to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement with your insurance company. Prior to therapy, please contact your insurance provider to determine your reimbursement rates for behavioral health services by an “out-of-network provider.”

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for 48-hour notice of cancellation in order to avoid a full payment fee for a missed session.
